Do you ship framed prints ?
Unfortunately, due to the potential for frame & glass breakages, I am unable to ship any framed prints. However, please get in touch if you are local to Bristol, as I am always more than happy to frame up artwork.
What is a mounted print?
A mounted print means that the artwork is ready to be put straight into a frame. A mount refers to the card window around the print. A mounted print will be shipped out flat.
What is your refund & exchange policy ?
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If your order arrives in poor condition then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then send us some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase. Please state whether you would like a replacement or a refund and we will then email you with the address to send your return.
